This previous weekend, October 19-20, 2013, TrueLogic went to the Phi Phi Beach Resort in Morong, Bataan for our company outing. Dubbed the “October Shebang 2013,” the event was filled with fun games and activities; sun, sand and sea; and a special weekend edition of our Town Hall, where we honored three of our own for celebrating their third anniversary with the company.
Here are the highlights of this weekend’s festivities.
Fun and Friendly Games
We at the HR department, together with our volunteer planning committee, divided the participants into three teams headed by our CEO, Itamar Gero; the newly dubbed Managing Partner, Clayton Wood; and our General Manager, Bernard San Juan III. The three teams went head-to-head with the games we’ve prepared for the entire day.

Hosts Mike and Samantha opened the festivities in the afternoon.

The team goes on a beach scavenger hunt – first, for the team leader heads, which Team A won; and second, for buried critters, which Team B won.
Team captains Clayton, Bernard and Itamar serenaded the TrueLogic team as each made his bid to become The Voice of TrueLogic.

Congratulations to Team A for being the overall winners, and great job to everyone who participated and cheered throughout the activities!
Weekend Edition of the Town Hall
We held a very special edition of Town Hall before having dinner, where we reviewed the highlights of the previous week. This weekend edition was very special because we also held our awarding ceremony for three of our esteemed team members who celebrated their third year with us recently.

Our team received several client praises for this week, with the following groups receiving shout-outs:
- Mark and the OJTs – for the staff leasing / data entry project
- Operations Team – for on-page optimization and manual reports
- Content Department – praise for the content written for clients
- Motion Graphics Design Team – for a video created for a client

Celebrating 3 Years of Dedicated Service
One of the highlights of the trip was our awarding ceremony, where we celebrated three years of dedicated service and continued support of three of our most outstanding TrueLogic Online Solutions leaders. Please join us in congratulating the following people:
