TrueLogic Online Solutions marked its tenth anniversary with team-building activities and an evening celebration. The company held the event at Club Balai Isabel in Talisay, Batangas. Over 130 TrueLogic employees joined the festivities, which took place on the 1st and 2nd of June 2019.
Evoking Team Work and Core Values
The Events Committee, helmed by Erika Guida Arellano and Maria Agnes Cardo, designed exercises that fostered cooperation between employees and brought to mind the spirit of TrueLogic's core values. Through the activities, the employees had to use each of the six attributes that formed the company's core values.
The day began with a show of enthusiasm from each of the teams that would compete during the event. Challenges that revolved around puzzle pieces and memory games stimulated the curiosity of the team members.
Games that focused on invention, quick thinking, and improvisation put the employees' techyness, as TrueLogic calls the desire to innovate, into play.
The facilitators also included challenges that sharpened team members' communication skills to achieve their goals. The teams could only complete some activities if their members were willing to act immediately, to become proactive to pull their group forward.
Finally, the teams had to protect one another in an exhilarating final showdown, caring for each member and for their team as a whole.
This was a dynamic way to remind employees, both old and new, that even though ten years have passed since Truelogic first opened its doors, it still believes and encourages the principles that has shaped its existence.
A Celebration of Memories and Things to Come
The evening portion of the celebration was a time to look at how much TrueLogic has gone through and to toast the opportunities that the future has in store.
Through a sumptuous buffet dinner among friends and coworkers, former and current employees of TrueLogic reminisced about their time in the company. Among the TrueLogic alumni is Aviana Baladad-Rogado who met her future husband MC Rogado while working at the company. TrueLogic's Founder and Chief Executive Officer Itamar Gero attended their wedding. Long-standing employee CJ Masungsong also recounted his fond memories as part of the TrueLogic family.
As for what the future holds for TrueLogic?
Itamar is eager to find out. After all, he founded TrueLogic in 2009 with the dream of building something that would contribute to the world wide web. His earlier effort to create a social network for backpackers had not gotten off the ground, but he had the ideal and the enthusiasm to pursue a different dream. Ten years later, TrueLogic achieves Itamar's dream every day by satisfying the needs of clients all over the world.
TrueLogic's future is getting brighter. Its employees are honing multiple skills and perfecting their methods of building up the web. Itamar believes that there is no limit to the number of services and clients that TrueLogic can handle because of the improving ingenuity of its employees and the evolving capability of the internet.
TrueLogic and its employees look forward to creating more memories and breaking more barriers in the years to come.
